Baltimore-based Enterprise Community Development (ECD), a nonprofit owner and developer of affordable homes, has purchased the 87-unit multi-family Parkside Terrace on Easley Street for $20 million (or slightly less than $230,000 per unit), Transwestern Real Estate Services announced.
According to Transwestern Executive Vice President Robin Williams, “the property has been well managed by long-term owners allowing ECD and its partners to preserve naturally occurring affordability in desirable Montgomery County with a high-quality apartment community.”
Parkside Terrace includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in East Silver Spring near a park and public transportation options. A complete list of amenities can be found here.

“These impressively designed apartments have wooded and parkland views from your balcony or garden patio,” according to officials. “We are located near City Place Mall next door to the beautiful Nolte Field Public Park. The Silver Spring Metro is within walking distance.
“At Parkside Terrace our accredited management team is dedicated to providing superior personal service.”
